Teachers’ Strike

2:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Schools will communicate their specific timing and details to families as soon as possible.

Chateauguay Elementary Schools

Centennial Park School –  Harmony Elementary –  Mary Gardner School –  St. Willibrord Elementary

• School will start at the normal time.
• Before-school daycare services will be open.
• School will dismiss early; buses will depart at 1:45 p.m.
• There are NO after-school daycare services.
• Buses will arrive at your child’s stop approximately 75 minutes earlier than usual.
• Students in Kindergarten and Grade 1 must be met at their bus stop by a family member.

Chateauguay Valley/Valleyfield Elementary Schools

Franklin Elementary – Gault Institute – Hemmingford Elementary – Heritage Elementary – Howick Elementary – Ormstown* Elementary

• School will start at the normal time.
• Before-school daycare services will be open.
• School will dismiss early; buses will depart at 1:45 p.m.
• There are NO after-school daycare services.
• Buses will arrive at your child’s stop approximately 75 minutes earlier than usual.
• Students in Kindergarten and Grade 1 must be met at their bus stop by a family member.
• *Ormstown Elementary ONLY – buses will depart at 2:15 p.m.
  

High Schools (CVR & HSB)

All CVR & HSB students — Grades 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 – will be dismissed early. Buses will depart at approximately 2:35 p.m.

Adult/Vocational Education

CVCEC, HAECC and Nova – Daytime classes will dismiss at approximately 2:35 p.m. Evening classes will begin at 5:15 p.m.
