Kindergarten Registration for 2025 is ongoing!

See below what you will need to register; contact your child’s school to make your appointment.

4- and 5-year-old Kindergarten

If your child will be 4 or 5 years old by September 30 . . .

• Get the required documents ready – see below.
• Contact your school to make your registration appointment with the school’s secretary who will assist you with the process.
• Stay tuned for more information from your school in the coming weeks/months, and welcome to the NFSB family!

What you need to register

• Your child’s long-form birth certificate with parents’ names.
• Proof of Canadian Citizenship of the parent who will render your child eligible for English school (valid passport or birth certificate).
• To make things as easy as possible – and if you have it – bring along the certificate of eligibility of the parent (or sibling) who will render your child eligible.
• Proof that you live within the school zone you are registering with.

Here are some easy steps to register your child in one of our elementary or high schools.

What you need to register

• Your child’s long-form birth certificate with parents’ names.
• Proof of Canadian Citizenship of the parent who will render your child eligible for English school (valid passport or birth certificate).
• Proof that you live within the school zone you are registering with.

If your child is already attending one of our schools, the re-registration period will begin in February. You will receive a notification through your Parent Portal account
